Women's Empowerment Coaching
Let's face it, in a world full of division, it can be hard to be a woman. We have so much to face when it comes to how we should look, how we should act and how we should handle this or that...because we are a female. Self-love and self-worth are two things that I struggled with A LOT in my life and my goal is to help women faced with those same challenges to rise above. We are worth more than gold! Are you having trouble realizing that truth or just need a nudge to help find your purpose (beyond being single, a wife or a mom) in this life? Then, this service may be for you!
Are you looking to discover your destined career path? With this service, we will hone in on your talents and personality traits in order to determine your best fit. This will include career assessments, job/career searches, higher education searches (if necessary), and job/career awareness inventories. We will also dive into the process that helps you redesign your current job to better suit your values, passions and strengths.
Individual and Group Parent Coaching
There is no handbook given when you become a parent. In this service, I will provide research based techniques that will allow parents to understand their child(ren) better, as well as, relate to them in a way that creates a positive connection. I will host individual and group coaching sessions. It takes a village to raise kids and it also helps to have a village among parents faced with the same challenges.
